I have been running my private practice for over 20 years.
I began my career as a registered nurse, then studied midwifery in the UK
Worked on Palm Island, an indigenous community, learnt so much
Worked as a Midwife and studied Maternal and Child Health
Moved on to work at Redbank House, child and adolescent mental health.
I worked on the family team for 10 years, another steep learning curve.
While at Redbank House I obtained a degree in counselling and another in family therapy.
My most recent port of call was working at St John of God, Richmond where I had the privilege of working with Prof. Saunders who is the consultant on drug and alcohol for the World Health Organisation.
I also ran the family program there.
Within my private practice I also offer supervision both privately and to Blacktown Womens and Girls Health Centre.
